Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

UK DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 working days using Royal Mail. Flat rate shipping fee of £5 applies to orders shipping to the United Kingdom.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders 5-15 working days. Please note that international shipments may take longer to be delivered due to the customs process in your country.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Regulations for import duties and taxes may vary and we cannot control nor predict their amount. ENIGMA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the courier cost.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@enigmaworldwide.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
